Emmanouil joined Interel in 2010 as a Consultant. Prior to joining Interel, Emmanouil gained extensive experience in the EU institutions in both the European Commission and the Council of the European Union. His expertise is in the area of Energy and Environment but he also has extensive knowledge in the area of ICT.

Emmanouil has a MSc from the University of Warwick and a B.A. from Kingston University. He is a bilingual in English and Greek.
