Maddalena joined Interel European Affairs in September 2011 as a Consultant.

Before joining Interel, Maddalena worked for Brussels-based public affairs consultancies supporting lobbying campaigns in the digital sector as well as in energy and environment. She also worked in the no profit sector, and gained relevant experience in communication in Berlin at the Press office of the Italian Embassy, the Berlin Film Festival and the American Academy.

At Interel she serves as a consultant in advocacy, communication and global campaigns in the health sector.

Maddalena holds an MA in European Studies and International Relations from the School of International Studies of Trento (Italy) and the Griffith University in Brisbane (Australia).

Italian native, she speaks fluent English, German and has basic knowledge of French.
